Wellbeing Activities

Lifeline Journey want to provide FUN, POSITIVE and REWARDING wellbeing activities for young people across Nottingham. We understand that is crucial for young people have both a healthy body and healthy mind.

To achieve this we’re implementing the FIVE WAYS TO WELLBEING. This embodies the importance of a well-structured lifestyle and caters for the personal and social development needs of young people.

Lifeline Journey are offering all the young people we work with the opportunity to achieve accreditations whilst we’re supporting them. ASDAN Short Courses are flexible, portfolio-based programmes designed to accredit up to 60 hours of activity and skill development across a range of topics and curriculum areas. They are recognised as stepping stones towards further education and employability. We’re delivering; Expressive Arts, Health and Fitness, Football, Cricket, Food Wise and Volunteering.

If you are interested in taking part or getting involved onto our activities programme then please get in touch with your Lifeline Recovery Practitioner, and we can do the rest.
